These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website leymaxbilling.com and any services provided by Leymax Medical Billing and Compliance LLC (Leymax, we, us, or our). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Leymax provides medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), credentialing, compliance consulting, and related healthcare administrative services to healthcare providers, billing companies, and independent medical billers.
Services are provided pursuant to a separate service agreement or Statement of Work executed between Leymax and the client. These Terms apply to all visitors to our website and supplement any executed service agreements.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization (if applicable), and are using our services for lawful business purposes only.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
— Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or engaging our services
— Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you
— Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
— Use our platform and services only for their intended, lawful purpose
— Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including HIPAA
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform or software.
4. HIPAA & Business Associate Agreements
Where Leymax performs services involving Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of a Covered Entity, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed prior to the commencement of services. No PHI should be transmitted to Leymax through this website or any unsecured channel without an executed BAA in place.
Leymax will handle PHI solely in accordance with the executed BAA and applicable HIPAA regulations.
5. Platform Access & Membership
Access to the Leymax RCM Platform is provided on a subscription/membership basis. Memberships are non-transferable. Leymax reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access if payment obligations are not met, if these Terms are violated, or if use of the platform creates a risk of harm to other users or the integrity of the system.
Platform availability is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Fees & Payment
Service fees are set forth in the applicable service agreement or membership plan selected. All fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Leymax reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of services after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Leymax Medical Billing and Compliance LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
The Leymax RCM Platform, including all software, algorithms, and workflows, is proprietary to Leymax. No license or right to use any Leymax intellectual property is granted except as expressly set forth in an executed service agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with the services, including but not limited to business processes, pricing, patient information, and platform architecture. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of five (5) years.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leymax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Leymax's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Leymax in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Leymax reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access at any time without notice for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Leymax, or third parties.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
